TAGHI is Acronym for "Tet Ansanm Global Health Initiative". “Tèt Ansanm” in Haitian Créole means “Heads Together” or United Front.

As part of our global initiative to promote and improve health equity in rural and underserved areas, TAGHI has adopted the Human Rights-Based Approach, where every human being, on every end of the spectrum, is recognized both as a person and as a right-holder.
By adopting the Human Rights-Based Approach, as opposed to the Needs-Based Approach, Tèt Ansanm Global Health Initiative shall focus its efforts on advancing health care, not as a privilege, not just as a basic human necessity, but also as a human right.

We provide assistance to those who can't afford medications! Medications and health supplies that we provide free of charge to you include, but are not limited to, HIV medications, Hepatitis C medications, Cardiac medications like Warfarin, Eliquis, Xarelto, Pradaxa, Lixiana, Viagra, Cialis, condoms, etc.
We help anyone who makes less than $30,000 a year and who is not qualified for Medicaid get heath insurance at no cost to them. Call us for more information.
We are committed to selecting every year 1 to 3 candidates for scholarship. Assistance with tuition, school supplies, transportation or dormitory is provided. Selection contest starts in March of every year. Call us for more information.
